What are you up to today?

Breakfast--2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices 7 grain toast, 2 tbsp. strawberry preserves
Snack--myoplex
Lunch--chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with fat free cheese and fat free sour cream
Snack--corn on the cob
Dinner--Four cheese bow tie pasta with 93% lean ground beef and tomatoes
Snack--1/2 cup natural vanilla bean ice cream

Water--128 ounces

Exercise--All Star Workouts Amazing Ball Choreography with Patrick G.--45 minutes; Budokan Accelerated Workout--40 minutes

Breakfast: Southwestern Firttata
Snack: Cheese
Lunch: 6 in sub sandwich
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Shrimp Creole w/ salad and brown rice

Water: 64 oz so far

Exercise: 40 min run/walk, 30 min BL dvd, 60 min swim, 15 min challenge and other strength training

Food:
2 kashi honey almond bars
bowl of Nature Valley Organic Vanilla Nut cereal
breakstone cottage double
couple of grapes
an apple
some colby jack cheese
a juice box (100% juice)

so far: 48 oz. of water

exercise: 30 lunges on each leg. 20 crunches. 1.75 mile trail run.

PR's: 5k-25:05 (old PR 25:10), 5M-45:03 (old PR - 47:22), 10k - 52:00 (approximate - training), HM-2:25:58 (ran a 2:17:36 during marathon), Full- 4:49:25 (old PR -5:49:40), 50k-7:05:56, 50M-13:31:14, 100k- 18:59:31 (old PR 20:56)

breakfast- scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast, apple juice
lunch- banana, salad
dinner- chicken, potatoes, corn
snack- 3 of the new Pizza Hut dunkers- still under my calories though!

64 ounces of water
exercise- just the challenge, I'm SO sore from the new workout video

Breaky: 2 pc whole wheat toast q/ 2 tbsp natural pb & 2 tsp NSA raspberry jam 500 ml Water
Lunch: 6 inch turkey subway sub on whole wheat w/ lettuce, tomatoe, mustard, green olives 1L Water
Snack: Isagenix Shake 500 ml Water
Snack: protein pancake
dinnerl black beans & chicken on vermicelli (Thai Food tonight YAAAY for a free meal lol!) 1L Water

Excercise: NONE! Advice from my physiotherapist! Ok well Other than my physio...and can I just tell you It's pretty much a workout in it's own right lol!

Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 eggs over medium
Lunch - chicken sandwich and fries (not so great)
dinner - frozen pizza - bad too

and snacks had a can of fruit and an ice cream bar - not a good diet day for me.
