Okay, I did 20 lunge punches on each side as part of my Budokan workout for a total of 40. Does that count or did you want 30 on each side?

ETA: I also did the 20 crunches after my workout.

I did 30 on both sides because I wasn't sure lol.

Done w/the crunches as well.

Done! 30 lunges each side and 20 crunches on the stabilizer ball.
