Well I only just started on Sunday....ad I was 341 lbs then. Today I am 337.5.....a loss of 3.5 pounds total so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!
I too, hesitated for months and months to buy a scale. I obsess very easily and when I worked in the hospital I weighed myself compulsively at the beginning of shift, before lunch, after lunch, if I had a coke and once before I left. It was exhausting and dangerous so I held off. But I decided I have to have a scale at home because I have no other way to weigh myself and if I'm going to work at this I'm going to need the motivation of seeing the scale drop. I am so glad I did.
Here's what I did. I only weigh myself with no clothes on. I am not going to take the time 7 times a day to undress.....so why bother? I weigh myself once in the morning and that's it. It's been working, thank god.
