My stomach is stuffed from eating lunch and I feel like sleeping and not exercising. I am just trying to will myself in there. I am feeling so lazy today. I thought that Starbucks splurge would boost me up, but nope I'm dragging big time.

Alright already I'm going, I'm going. Hopefully this laziness will disappear when I get there and I won't wuss out on my workout. I've gotta go bump some miles down. We still aren't into the 800s yet and it's mid November. I'll be back!

Get off your lazy butts and workout! LOL

Seriously, exercise does increase endorphin release and will make you feel better. Thats why I'm working out even though I'm still hurting and my Dr. thinks I should wallow in bed. Doctors aren't as smart as they think they are when it comes to exercise.

ROFLMBO, doctors aren't my favorite. They have their purpose and I appreciate them being around, but they don't know everything. I do feel much better for exercising.

I feel that way too. For me, it's the "getting ready to" exercise that's the hardest. I have a three year old and a 12 week old that I have to figure out how to keep busy or do something with before breaking out a video or getting on the treadmill. The time that the baby is sleeping, I feel like I need to do other things like start laundry, supper, work and etc....

I won't be able to get on my treadmill today since my husband is working.............BUT, I can do extra things like walk all the way around through the kitchen to get to the laundry, make extra trips while putting clothes away, do crunches while on the floor with the baby and .......... I'll think of more!

I don't feel like it but will do it! UGh!
