Exercise--Aerobic Conditioning--20 minutes; Training With Tonya Stretch--30 minutes

Breakfast-- All Bran cereal & skim milk, and egg whites
Snack-- banana
Lunch-- veggie burger, salad & coffee with creamer & splenda
Snack--
Dinner-- turkey, sweet potato and asparagus
Snack-- cottage cheese

Water--

Exercise-- none, rest day

Snack-- cheese, summer sausage and a couple of crackers
Dinner-- bbq'd cheeseburgers and oven fries
Snack-- tootsie roll sucker

Water-- 16oz

Exercise-- 20 minute walk w/dh and dd in stroller
