Breakfast-- 3 pieces of cut up watermelon
Snack-- N/A
Lunch-- Slimfast Meal on the go and a cup of soup
Snack-- More watermelon! haha
Dinner-- Turkey sub with green peppers cucumbers olives and pickles. on Wheat!
Snack-- Thinking of having some wheat thins...

Water-- only 30 oz. This is what I need to work on!!!

Exercise-- 1 hour on Workout mode of DDR...it says its the equivalent of 5.654 miles jogging!! That made me happy!! haha

Exercise-- 30 minute walk on treadmill & another 15 minute walk on treadmill

Breakfast--Oatmeal and toast
Snack--orange juice
Lunch--turkey sandwich
Snack--myoplex
Dinner--chili
Snack--ice cream

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Just walking all over campus carrying a roaster oven full of chili for the cookoff. It was heavy and I had to carry it the equivalent of about a mile, so I'm counting it as exercise. Now, can that count toward the 1000 miles?
