I've been on a WW Core "break" for a few weeks now. I weigh the same, but my size 14 jeans are just a bit snug. I also just looked at my ticker and realized that I'm only 30lbs from goal-I lost 40 in a year, so another 30 is doable, right? Part of me wants to give up in the hopes that I'll get pg, but I've been waiting two years now... I haven't worked out in over 4 weeks, and I've been eating halloween chocolate tonight---I need help to get back on the wagon. Or at least the path that will get me to the wagon... I guess I'm stressed out about my surgery this week, I'm stressed about IVF after Christmas, and I'm stress-eating. Why can't I learn to stress-exercise?? Help!

I've got a cruise in 18 days that I want to look good for, and I need to get on that ship motivated so that I can work out and make good food choices. Any suggestions?

Only thing I can say is just take it 1 day at a time. Don't look at the long term and how long the process is going to take. Everyone gets stressed out. I'm one of those people that gets twitches in my eye when I'm stressed out, lol. One thing I do want to say is that losing weight will ultimately aid you in getting pregnant. Plus you're body will be healthier to maintain a healthy pregnancy.

Good luck!

PS, throw away the candy. lol

THROW AWAY THE CANDY! Yes, you gotta do it! I totally agree with this advice. Just worry about today. Let us know if you got through today okay. See if you can get in any exercise, even if it's 5 minutes it's a step in the right direction.

Okay, we're throwing away the candy----today went okay until I ran short on time for lunch, and had a kid's cheeseburger combo at McD's (burger, small fries, diet soda)----I should have chosen apples instead of fries. We're having a nice healthy dinner, but I was thinking of baking and freezing butter tarts tonight. Too tempting?

The word "butter" is just synonymously oozing with the word "fatty". Don't do it!!! If you do, look at healthier alternatives, like using light butter or less fatty ingredients (like egg beaters instead of eggs, light cream or nonfat milk, etc). It's not the best, but you'll probably cut out half the fat and it'll probably taste just about the same. But yeah, tempting is one word I'd use to describe it.

Yes I need to throw out my candy too. I am just getting back on track and need to get some junk stuff out of the house so that it isnt tempting. I have to make my husband 2 cheesecakes for his Thanksgiving party at work and that will be tempting but I am going to try not to lick beaters or anything. LOL

Good luck on your healthy eating.
