breakfast: Strawberry yogurt, cranberry/black cherry juice
snack: cottage cheese and pears
lunch: homemade cheeseburger macaroni, 2 slices 7 grain bread, green beans
snack: 6 pizza rolls (the kids wanted them at the store today and I had a few of theirs this afternoon)
dinner: large salad with fat free cheese and fat free dressing, corn, broccoli with cheese sauce, chicken
snack: protein shake

water: 64 ounces

exercise: Cory Everson Get Hard Arms & Shoulders--30 minutes; Training With Tonya Relax--30 minutes

breakfast: weight control oatmeal ... coffee x3 (My name is Melly, and I am a coffee-a-holic)
snack: nada
lunch:nada (yea, I know... I should eat, but this medicine makes me not want to... so I might as well take advantage)
snack:nada
dinner: No earthly clue, whatever DH is willing to fix up... probably a carb, protein and veggie... the usual mix
snack:

water: lots and lots of it...

exercise: I hope for around 20 minutes tonight on the ecliptical

breakfast: Coffee (45 cal) (Hi Melly.. I'm cassandra the other coffee-a-holic)
snack: 2 mouth fulls of mt. dew (?)
lunch: Chicken, Rigatoni and broccoli (380 cals)
snack: 3 cookies (?)
dinner: hot dog and potatoes (330 cal)
snack:
Calories: under 1000
water: 24+ oz

exercise: walked around park 6 times and light jog once (about 8-10 mins)<- first day and increasing

dinner: home made buritos (beef, peppers, mushrooms, onion on corn tortilas)

exercise: walked 6 city blocks to the post office and back

breakfast: oatmeal (for those watching their weight i forget what it's called)

snack: chex cheddar mix

lunch: half guacamole turkey sandwich on multi grain bread w/ orange, banana, strawberry smoothie made with splenda

snack: more chex

dinner: honey mustard chicken breast with pasta salad made with light cesar dressing, tomatoes and zucchini

snack: none

water: 48 oz working on another 16

exercise: 45 minutes on eliptical

ETA...Thanks melly (i read your post)...i had weight control oatmeal (not by choice it was all I had for me lol)
