Um, girls I haven't seen all of you posting in the daily food & exercise thread? Are you all NOT eating anything at all or are you not wanting to write down what you ate?

Would you like to change how we do the food & exercise thread? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Would you like just an exercise thread and something different for food or are you not getting in exercise and that's why you're not posting. Just trying to figure out the best way to do this.

I have been off the board and sick, but now that I'm feeling better I'm trying to get back on the food and exercise thread. I'm just busy and don't always get to update it for a day or two. LOL I'll be less busy after the 11th of December when the semester ends and I'll be posting to it daily then I promise!

Actually, I miss the challenges, though. I still have a copy of the 12 Days of Fitness from last year if you want me to repost it so we can do that as a challenge between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I may have some others too, that I've done over the years at various gyms if you want them for challenges. Basically they are a monthly calendar with things to do each day. Just let me know if you want me to find them.

I never remember. I also feel bad, because alot of times I get fast food for lunch... but the rest of my meals are on par for the most part.
