Last weeks weight / body fat %--

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 148.2 & 30.4% body fat
going with my weight from Wednesday since I threw away my scale

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure --

Waist - 31
Hips - 39
Chest - 36
Thigh - 23.5
Calf - 13.5
Biceps - 11.5

Change-- +1 in weight, but down in body fat from my last check

Feelings-- I am glad I got my body fat checked and took measurements because I think my weight is starting to be more reflective of muscle gains verses fat loss and it was aggravating me.

Overall Goal / Results-- I'm down 60 pounds. Goal is 22% body fat.

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 181

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure -- waiting for larger weight loss

Change-- 3 lbs

Feelings-- okay I guess. I think the weight loss is actually do to my illness though. But hey, it's still a loss.

Overall Goal / Results-- overall goal is at least 40 lbs more to go.

Waist - 32
Hips - 39
Chest - 36.5
Thigh - 22.5
Calf - 15
Biceps - 12

Change-- 1 lbs

Feelings-- pretty decent, I just started exersizing this week for the 1st time ever (not including walking) so I am okay with only dropping 1 lb, at least it is something!

Overall Goal / Results-- 63 lbs down, 3 since trying, 21lbs to go.

Feelings-- Well considering I was up 2 lbs at the beginning of the week, I'm glad now that it's only 1. I knew breaking into the 140s wouldn't be easy but I am still hoping by the end of the month (which is very quickly approaching!).

Overall Goal / Results-- Since having Reid I have lost 10 lbs and I have 20 more to go.

Change-- -1.5lbs

Feelings-- Very happy w/my weightloss this week. I only got 1 workout in this week, so to be down 1.5lbs is awesome.

Overall Goal / Results-- I've lost 8lbs total this time around

Son of a beeeeeyotch..... grr. I haven't been very good this week. But I guess it could also be water retention b/c I just got off AF yesterday and I haven't weighed today.

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 191.8

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 192.4

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure -- i don't trust my measurements

Change-- + .6 lbs (but i think it's a good increase based on working out and eating habits)

Feelings-- I am anxious to start seeing weight fall off, but just hopeful that even though the scale is higher than i'd like, that I am actually getting good results. It sure feels like i am

Overall Goal / Results-- 175 by March and even more by Summer to exceed 165 if possible.

ETA .... i weighed yesterday (saturday) and today and my weight is back to 191.8...i like that lol

Last weeks weight / body fat %--201.8 / 21.5%

This weeks weight / body fat %--200 / 17.5%

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure--Not posting them all because I do them from top to bottom, but all total I lost 6" this week.

Change--Down 1.8 pounds, down 4% body fat, down 6"

Feelings--Happy to finally be working out again after being sick and in pain for so long.

Overall Goal / Results--15% body fat, Here I Come!!!
