I hope my Monday Weigh-In goes well, I have been trying very hard this week knowing that we were having a big friend's Thanksgiving this weekend (so I'm saving my extra points for that). I am also going to the gym tonight and tomorrow morning (and if I keep the same routines that I have been doing, it should be a total of 6 activity points that I can have!!)
It was a little tricky last night since I was invited to a Cookie Swap. I told my friend that I really didn't feel up to it since it would just be a minefield, but I did really well! I brought a delicious fruit salad instead of cookies so that it would ensure I didn't leave with any cookies and I actually brought my own whole wheat pasta (she made chicken broccoli alfredo) for dinner and just added a little bit of the sauce.
