How about the Friday or weekend after? Do you think you'll get some exercises in?

I plan to at least get some walking in on turkey day and I know I will def. burn some calories while running around w/ a chicken with its head cut off that day.. As for the weekend I will probably get something in.

I get some exercise every day. I walk my kid to and from her school, both dropping and picking up so that's how I've been able to keep off those 12lbs I lost last month.

I'm going to try on Thanksgiving, but not sure if I'll have time. I am definitely exercising the Friday after though.

Probably not on Turkey day, but I am shopping on black friday so we'll be out walking all morning long, and I dont have plans for the weekend after, but I'll try to get a walk in sometime.

I have like a half dozen videos planned for each of the days I have off from school, including Thanksgiving day. Those days off are when I am able to catch up on my own workouts. I figure on Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for being able to workout, so I'm going to do it. I'll just spend my morning exercising while the bird is in the oven and finish everything else after my workout.
