Yesterday morning I weighed myself 217.7, this morning I weighed myself 214.4 ... Really? Three pounds in one day, is that even possible? I'll be curious to see if that number sticks around for tomorrow.
BUT I FINALLY BROKE THE 215 mark! I've been stuck there for months! My weight changes by a pound or two a day, plus AF is visiting, could be related... Either way, loved it!

I definitely think you can if AF is around. I have been known to fluctuate like that around that time of the month.

YES! It's possible to fluctuate as much in even greater numbers depending on how much water you're retaining.

Congrats on breaking the 215!
