Breakfast: Biscuits and Gravy (from scratch...yummy!); cran-cherry juice
Snack: cottage cheese and pears
Lunch: Toasted Turkey and Provolone on whole wheat with fat free mayo and lettuce (ran out of tomato)
Snack: Chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips
Dinner: Homemade Chicken and rice soup, 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack: Protein Shake, more biscuits and gravy (couldn't resist, they were yummy!)

Water: 80 ounces so far

Exercise: Peak 10 Fitness, Energy Building Aerobics, 34 minutes, 27 in zone, avg. HR 127, 169 calories, 50% fat; Peak 10 Fitness, Lower Body Sculpting, 25 minutes, 17:27 in zone, avg. HR 119, 109 calories, 53% fat; Treadmill, 62 minutes, 3 miles, not sure on the calorie burn, etc. because I accidentally hit a button on my HRM about 2 minutes til I was through.

Breakfast: special k 90 cal. bar, 8 oz coffee w/ 3 tsp sugar, 4 oz french vanilla creamer
Snack: oatmeal cream pie mmmmm
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner:chicken alfredo w/ fetticine
Snack: apple pie a la mode and a choco pb shake

Water: 85 oz

Exercise: 10 sets of 5 crunches total, not all at once, and housework walked the entire mall upper level and lower, and in almost every store.

breakfast: All Bran cereal and skim milk & cottage cheese
snack:
lunch: chicken & black bean wrap with whole wheat wrap.
snack: more chicken & black beans from lunch
dinner: veggie burger on a whole wheat bun
snack: yogurt & whey protein powder

water:

exercise: 45 minutes on the elliptical machine & 30 minutes on the treadmill

I am irritated today. I was trying so hard to get my protein up which I did. I went over on my protein goals, but I didn't realize until the end of the day that I didn't get in any fruits or veggies! Grr! I will do better tomorrow.

breakfast: 1/2 left over sandwhich on multi grain pita bread
snack: 2 ritz and cheese crackers
lunch: (filipino) leg quarter piece of bbq chicken with java rice and ginger salad (only ate a little piece with skin)
snack: strawberry milkshake (shared with my daughter)
dinner: bowl of quaker oat squares cereal
snack: n/a

water: 30 oz

exercise: walking around the mall from 2:30pm until 9:15pm lol
