Okay ladies, I'm totally missing our daily and weekly challenges, so I'm going to start them back. I can't be on here daily anymore, which is why I stepped down as co-host, but I figured we could all take turns and whoever gets here first in the morning could post a challenge for everyone else. They can be nutrition or exercise, just come up with some ideas that you think will be fun and healthy. Here's todays:

1 hour of cardio

YES, you can do it!!!!! Believe me, I'm a trainer with years of experience, I guarantee you can do a lot more then you think you can do! Post here when you've done it.

ROFLOL, jumping jacks are hard! Maybe pick something easier just starting out.

Tonya thankfully you picked cardio for the challenge today as I just came back from the gym. I got in 45 minutes on the elliptical machine and 30 on the treadmill!

I can scroll back and find you the post when I first got started. I couldn't get through 12 minutes of cardio. It's taken quite some time to build up to that.

62 minutes on the treadmill, plus 34 minutes of Peak 10 Fitness Energy Building Aerobics for a total of 96 minutes of cardio today. And that isn't counting the 25 minutes of resistance training from Peak 10 Fitness Body Sculpting. Oh, and I'm going to do some yoga tonight before bed.

Sneak it in 5-10 minute segments here and there. Every little bit adds up and before long you're doing an hour a day and don't even realize it.
