Hello my name is Cathy mommy to Breana who is 15 months. I need to loose around 30 pounds. So I will be here trying to shed them off.

Any advice on what diet/exercise would be appreciated!!!

Welcome! I'm Tonya, a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. I don't recommend a specific diet or exercise program for everyone because there isn't a diet or exercise program that is perfect for everyone. With my clients, I typically do their calorie counts based on their individual body composition and activity level. As for workouts, I love videos, but again they aren't all perfect for everyone. What kinds of things do you like to do? Are you into weight training? Do you like to dance? More of a walker/runner? What equipment do you have? Those kinds of things are what I look at to help people with their exercise programs. Just some things to think about while you are deciding what your plan of action will be.

I'm just starting too.. hoping to get going on Monday.. but I just ordered Jillian's 30day shred (something like that) and while I wait for that I'll be doing my Power 90 dvds.. I would just stick to that, but I want something different.
