Upper Body Weight Training--at least one set for chest, one set for back, one set for shoulders, one set for biceps, one set for triceps, and one set for forearms, with a set being at least 10 reps.

Done, Cathe Pyramid Upper Body. For those of you not familiar with it, she does pyramids for each superset exercise. You go up in weight and down in reps for each set. Each exercise is 12 reps, then 10 reps, then 8 reps, then 10 reps, then 12 reps. Chest was Fly's superset with Bench Press. Back was Pullovers superset with Rows. Shoulders were Rear Flys, Lateral Raises, & Front Raises. Triceps were Kickbacks & Overhead Extensions. Biceps were Hammer Curls and Regular Curls. Since she didn't get in Forearms, I did 2 sets of 10 on my own.

I'm going to have to sit out this one. I'm doing weight training tomorrow and I try hard to rest in between. If I can will myself to get on the treadmill I will get in some exercise today, but usually I make Sunday's my rest day.
