Well, I started it, but I definitely didn't finish it. I'm debating on whether to start back with it. It'd be a really cool thing to be able to do. I was finding that I could not progress anywhere close to his chart. I wound up just repeating the same day until I could get to the max number and then I'd move forward. I started having trouble finding the time to squeeze it in when I started adding dvds back into my exercise program. I've been trying to get up at 5am to exercise. Plus I go to the gym around 9:00 or 9:30 for 30 min to an hour and that was just too much to get the 100 push ups challenge in too.
Don't mean to hijack...but I completed this program a few weeks ago. At the end I could only do 40. But I was still happy with that considering I could only do 6 at the beginning. So for me it didn't get me to 100 but I definitely gained strength and muscle and I am hoping to keep it up now that I'm finished it.
