I have tried pretty hard to stick with the Core Plan this week, but I went to a Cookie Swap party (I mostly ate the fruit salad I brought!) and an early Thanksgiving gathering yesterday! BUT, I did go exercise twice this week and I tried very hard to stick to the plan and the allowance points...so, hopefull it will be okay.
If I see any loss, I'll be thrilled! If I maintain, I'll be satisfied.

So, unfortunately I gained BUT, it was only 0.4lbs...so really NOT bad considering the week I had...I probably also didn't calculate exactly how many points I had during our Thanksgiving gathering either...
On to a brand new week!!! My goals for this week are to 1) stay strictly within the 35 extra allowance points (and core foods of course) and 2) get some more exercise in!
I hope you will be pleasantly surprised, I was. I failed my eating miserably this weekend. Went for a chinese meal Friday night, didnt just have the healthy bits either it was a buffet so i hat a bit of everything. Then Saturday I had 3 pastries for lunch(although its the 1st time in months Ive had pastry) then last night a Ben and Jerrys frozen yoghurt (full of sugar) and I maintained my weight yet I can have a really good week lots of exercise and healthy food and only lose 1lb if that. lol The body is a weird thing.
