Breakfast--biscuits and gravy (all homemade and lower fat)
Snack--strawberry yogurt and cran-cherry juice
Lunch--turkey on 7 grain bread with fat free mayo
Snack--protein shake and orange juice
Dinner--nachos, made with 2% Velveeta, 96% lean ground beef, and fat free refried beans
Snack--

Water--90 ounces so far

Exercise--Just walking around campus so far, but I'm planning a Pilates video.

Breakfast-- Kashi Good Friends cereal
1% milk on top
Danactive light
1 cup of coffee with Splenda and cream.

Snack-- 2 slices of lowfat cheese

Lunch-- Black bean burrito on whole wheat tortilla, fat free cheese & sour cream

Dinner-- Homemade sirloin meatballs, tomato sauce, whole wheat pasta

Water-- 64oz

Exercise-- Walked 1 mile and planning on doing an ab workout.

Breakfast-- quaker oat squares w/ 1% milk
Snack-- chex mix
Lunch-- strawberries, whip cream and hot cocoa (1% milk)
Snack--
Dinner-- ginger sesame salmon, zucchini and 2 crescent rolls w/ small coca cola lol
Snack-- 2 oz of left over salmon after my work out

Water-- 32 oz

Exercise-- 50 minutes of step aerobics, 10 minutes of abs and stretching

Exercise-- buns and thighs video on demand, 30day weightloss/vid1&2 on demand (cardio/strength building/stretching) and a 30 minute yoga video
