Tommorow, there's a Thanksgiving feast at my daughter preschool. Right before I left the teacher was kind enough to remind me. The teacher is this plump bubbly nice lady and in the most cheerful voice she tells me.. "Remember, tommorow is our Thanksgiving feast.. the only thing you have to bring is your appetite!"

The only good thing is that I dont have to worry about making lunch for the kids.... I'll just smell from a distance at all the yummy food.

Thankfully turkey is naturally low fat and healthy. I am filling up on turkey and veggies for Thanksgiving. Hang in there Ana, be strong!

Remember, fitness is what you do 85% of the time. The other 15% of the time, enjoy yourself! A little splurge of turkey and veggies is a good thing. And when you fill up on turkey and veggies, you won't have room for the high fat pies! LOL Seriously, though, a little tip I've used for events where I know there is going to be a lot of high fat junk is that I'll eat before I go. I may still nibble a little, but I'm too full to really overeat.

today's the day of the big feast. If my daughter doesn't protest I may just drop her off like usual and not stay for the "FEAST". We'll see.

**Update**

Well.. we're back. That wasn't bad at all. Because it was a school sponsored feast, the caffeteria prepared all the food.

I ate 4 slices of turkey breast, like a tablespoon of both corn and mash potatoes, a spoon of pumpkin pie filling (my son like it so he ate almost the entire thing... and now i'm going to eat some green beans since there was no veggies there. I calculated that meal and it came up to less than 160 calories and about 3g of fat... so.. not bad at all.
