Do you have certain muscles that you tend to workout more than others? Which ones do you like to neglect?

My trainer likes to work back & shoulders a lot. Me, I tend to work biceps & triceps the most. I'm frustrated that my abs are what seem to get neglected the most. Not going to get that six pack if I keep missing those.

I concentrate on my legs, chest and arms. My stomach I think, but not really, I just never seem to be able to flatten it out so I guess i'm neglecting it.

i do my legs...but when i do group fitness we do a lot of arm work (and legs) but i love getting that balance!
