My friend just turned me on to this website and so far I've found it extremely helpful especially for someone who is counting calories. It has lists of foods to choose from or if you know the data you can enter it in yourself. You can also track your activity and how much you should be eating for your activity level and weight. Check it out if you have a chance!!

I've used fitday before, but lately been using this site to journal with Every Day Health. I like fitday too though.

Looks good.. but I started using mydailyplate.com .. I like it cuz it even keeps track of your water and tells you how many more calories you can eat for the day.

I use that, i dont track my foods on there anymore, mainly for my weight and BMI, i do agree fitday is pretty good, theres quite a lot on there.
