The first one didn't work for me, but the second was good. I don't agree with not starting a program right now, though. Just like they said later in the article, Holidays are just days, so skip those days on your healthy eating plan if you want, but starting now with healthy eating and exercise will help with not gaining that normal 7-10 pounds for the holidays.

I agree. That's why I decided to start my diet now anyway. Had I not been on my diet.. I probably would have pigged out at my kids school party today.. but instead I only ate what I should be eating.
