Snack--broccoli with cheese sauce
Lunch--homemade soft taco

Dinner--chicken, potato gratin, corn, peas
Snack--homemade soft taco

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Treadmill, 22 minutes, 1 mile, 17 in zone, avg HR 117, 92 calories, 56% fat

Breakfast-- Kashi Cinnamon Good Friends
1% milk on top
DanActive Light

Snack-- 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Lunch-- Leftover sirloin, Tomato sauce, WW thin pasta

Snack-- Jello

Dinner--1 cup of Gnocchi, Tomato sauce

Snack-- 1 cup of green grapes


Water-- 90oz
Exercise-- Leg exercises 3 sets of exercises and 10 reps for each side,

Exercise-- 30 minutew walking on treadmill

Exercise-- 45 minute brisk walk, 50 jumping jacks, 15 crunches

Snack-- banana
Lunch-- Taco Bell Fresco Chicken Fiesta burrito
Snack--
Dinner-- Healthy Choice chicken alfredo meal. Was in a hurry yesterday.
Snack-- cottage cheese & mixed fruit

Water-- plenty

Exercise-- 45 minutes on elliptical & 45 minutes on treadmill
