.. I'm feeling ooooooooooh soooo lazzzzzzy.

Just finished Thanksgiving shopping with 2 kids.. ughh.. that should count as exercise, right???

It's only 9:30pm over here... I guess I should go do it now before it gets too lazy...... (sigh)

I DID IT !!

I feel so much better now that it's done. i'm starting to rethink doing my exercise this time of day. Maybe I should wake up an hour before the kiddos wake up and do it then and get it over with.

I was just reading that it is best to work out in the AM right before breakfast.. but I also think as long as you get it in..

anyway, at least you did it! I have never worked out before this past week and I feel great!

Actually, some people can't workout before breakfast or they will get sick. It is all dependant on the person as to when is best for their body. Go with whenever you can fit it in and you'll be fine. Glad to see it got done today!

I agree. I can't do cardio without eating. Well, I can, but I don't perform as well. I can do strength training okay before breakfast though. Just play around with the time until you can find something that works for you. Even if you can't do it the same time every day don't worry about it. As long as you are exercising that's what counts.
