I don't do diets. I honestly have only once tried a "diet". I tried Atkins once for 3 days and it made me sick. I do calorie count and read labels, but I have honestly never really tried one of these. Just from looking at it, no way no how would *I* succeed with it. But I am pretty much to each his own kind of person. If someone else wants to try it I'm not going to knock them for trying it. I just know I need to eat real food.
Yeah, I couldnt' see myself just eating cookies all day (and from what I read they dont' taste good) and just dinner. I normally count calories too.. and before having my kids when I had to lose weight for the Army, all I had to do was cut out juice and candy. Too bad those days are gone. lol
