Breakfast--eggo toaster pastry thing, 24 oz coffee w/ french vanilla creamer and 4 splenda
Snack-- low fat choc. chunk granola bar
Lunch--special k w/ milk
Snack--low fat choc. chunk granola bar
Dinner-- xtra small fried dough, tbsp pizza sauce, 3 california rolls
Snack-- slice of canolli cake

Water--2 bottles

Exercise-- 3.5 HOURS of on demand videos, cardio, strength, abs, thighs, glutes 3 mile walk, thankgiving grocery shopping <-now THATS a workout!

Breakfast--oatmeal and 2 slices 7 grain toast
Snack--cran-cherry juice and string cheese
Lunch--turkey sandwich on 9 grain bread (just got this and it is pretty good.)
Snack--Kashi cookie
Dinner--pizza rolls (kids idea of quick dinner while making pies for Thanksgiving)
Snack--

Water--64 ounces so far

Exercise--Treadmill, 24 minutes, 1 mile

Breakfast-- bowl of low fat vanilla yogart, bananas, strawberries and go lean crunch
Snack-- n/a
Lunch-- mc donalds side salad, 3 chick nuggets (added to salad) low fat cesar, sunflower seeds and croutons
Snack-- cheerio chex mix
Dinner-- honey mustard chicken breast, collard greens, mini corn on cob, cheddar ciabatta bread
Snack-- n/a

Water-- 32

Exercise-- 1.5 hours step 2 aerobics class 15 minutes sauna
