I found this article on fruits & veggies today. I've been trying to increase my protein and my fruits & veggies. Are you all getting half your plate with fruits & veggies?

gosh, i'm horrible whit getting my veggies in. I need to find vegetables that are actually yummy. About the only thing that I consistantly eat is carrots, broccoli, stringbeans, green peppers and romaine lettuce... oh.. and spinach sometimes.

I usually have juices for breakfast to make up half of my intake, and then as snacks during the day, but half my plate is veggies at dinner, always.
