Who already knows tomorrow will kill your diet?

I'm going to try to eat small portions and load up on salad and veggies first.


What are you all going to try to do to not go overboard?

1. Make sure I exercise in the AM before anyone gets up.
2. EAT BREAKFAST (I never do on holidays)
3. Load up on Salad
4. Rest of the food items I have to have: CHILDRENS PORTIONS!

Eat a little bit of everything and not worry about it. The stress hormones from worrying about it are worse then the calories for me.

Not put so much pressure on myself to be good. I'm gonna eat breakfast in the morning and we eat around 2pm which is lunch time so I'll make sure to eat a lot of veggies and salad and the bad stuff eat in smaller portions. And I'm NOT going to eat pie right afterwards and become even more stuffed.

Eat lots and lots of turkey and vegetables and then hopefully I'll be nice and full and will be able to resist the rest of the food. I am also making some healthy dessert which by the way I have gotta to go to the store to get some stuff. Haha, I'll probably send dh with a list.

I am going to eat a decent low fat breakfast. Load up on the lower fat yummy items, (greens, green beans anything green) and eat my turkey without gravy. I refuse to gain weight! I worked out hard today too....I am going to eat sweet potatoes, mac n cheese or if not sweet potatoes, i'll east SP Pie, but i am going to stop when i am full. I did well wheni was preggers with DJ, so i know i can do it now.
