Mine, I didn't do too bad. I definitely went over what I normally eat, but honestly think I did pretty good. I had a ton of turkey - probably 3 servings worth. I had green beans, yams, stuffing - 2 small servings, my low fat/no fat ambrosia salad- 2 servings, cranberry salad - 2 servings, cheesy potatoes - very small serving, and half a pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Now we had our meal at like 3:30 so there wound up being no lunch and I wound up going back for a second plate around 7ish so this was both meals worth. I had about 4 cups of coffee though to keep me from digging into the dessert table. I needed to be putting something in my mouth so that helped.
I did really well... I wasn't feeling well either, so it helped... I had small servings of potato's, stuffing, turkey, peas, bread, and coleslaw... no seconds and no desert... It was my only meal for the day...
Breakfast: Bowl of FiberOne flakes with skim milk
Lunch: Cup of OJ
Dinner: Turkey, and very small portions of potatoe salad, rice, mashed potatoe.. oh yah, bunch of mixed veggies. a peice of pumpkin pie with coolwhip and a slice of apple pie.
oh.. i had 2 cups of sprite too About 3hrs from then, I exercised.... so I was feeling goooood
