I almost forgot to post this since I'm not weighing or measuring for 6 weeks. 5 weeks left to go until I measure. Trying to keep track of how many weeks I have to go to measure so posting here.

I somehow missed last week.

This morning I was 186.0lbs.

It's kind of cruel to do this thing the day after TG.

Last weeks weight / body fat %--151

This weeks weight / body fat %--150

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure --same as last week
Waist - 32
Hips - 39
Chest - 36.5
Thigh - 22.5
Calf - 15
Biceps - 12


Change-- another 1 lb.. (is it normal to lose exactly 1 lb/wk for 3 weeks?

Feelings-- kinda aggitated since this was the 1st week I had really been exercising.. but then again, i didnt eat very well at all this past week..

Overall Goal / Results--

64 lbs down, 4 since trying, 20lbs to go

This is my first weigh in so here goes.

Last week's weight- 221

This week's weight- 219

2lbs down so far even after T-day! That makes me pretty happy now it's time to kick it up a notch with my exercise.

I'm the same as last week:
142 lbs!
Down total of 150.5 lbs... I'd like to get down to about 19% body fat...

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 191.8/32.8%

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 190.4/32.5%

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure -- i'll start doing this next week

Change-- - 1.4 lbs (yipperz)

Feelings-- shocked, but enthused...i am right near the 180's mark again...i am confident i am going things right...I guess even though i had a few sweets, i didn't over eat. fat% did increae a tad

Overall Goal / Results-- 175 by March and even more by Summer to exceed 165 if possible.

Last weeks weight / body fat %--200 / 17.5%

This weeks weight / body fat %--199.4 / 19%

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure--Not posting them all because I do them from top to bottom, but all total I lost 6" this week.

Change--Down .6 pounds, up 1.5% body fat (Thank you Thanksgiving!), and down 2.5 inches.

Feelings--Overall, I'm happy with it. I know my body well enough to know that it will store fat when given the chance and Thanksgiving was just the chance. But I was only up by 7 millimeters in my total body caliper measurements, so it wasn't really that big of an increase (not even a centimeter) so it didn't show up in my measurements at all. They'll keep going down and I'll be happy to see the change in body fat.

Overall Goal / Results--Still headed for 15% body fat

I'm a little late because I forgot to weigh myself Friday morning, so I did it Saturday:

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 151 I think

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 151 (but today I was 149; maybe my scale is faulty)

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure --

Change-- no change

Feelings-- I was down to 149, then up to 151, this morning I was 149 again which is where I prefer to stay. I have been expecting AF for over a week now and it doesn't appear to be starting so I think it is making my weight do crazy things. I need to get my hormones sorted out!

Overall Goal / Results-- My goal is 145 by Christmas.
