Okay, ladies, lets get those belly's back in shape! Pick 3 exercises from this page and do 2 sets of 25 reps of each (or hold for for 2 sets of 30 seconds for planks and such). http://exercise.about.com/library/blsampleabs.htm Yeah, I know thats more then the site says, but I promise you can do it!

I did

2 sets of crunches
2 sets of oblique crunch
2 sets of plank (30secs each)
