Oh boy! I did so good Thanksgiving day, but had a second Thanksgiving meal to go to today at my sister's house. She had salad, but only had Ranch dressing so I decided to pass on that. I did decent for the dinner meal, but these desserts are calling my name big time. So far I am right at my goals for the day, but it's only 5:30 and I still have the rest of the night to get through. I don't think I'll get any exercise in today either. I have a 2 1/2 drive back home so I think I'll be too tired. Needed to post this and go get my big S (for Supermom) to put on my shirt, lol so I can make it through the rest of the day. I got pumpkin cheesecake, strawberry cake, and apple pie all calling my name. Where's my treadmill when I need it?
Thanks girls. I made a nice cup of coffee and helped my sister wash up the dishes and we packaged everything up to save for later. Just getting them in the refrigerator out of my line of vision helped a ton. Plus I did some visualization of myself with a six pack too, lol. That usually helps. I normally have Sundays as my rest day, but since I missed Thursday and today I am going to hit the treadmill tomorrow.
