Last one for November, finish strong with weights! Take your pick of exercises, etc., but spend at least 20 minutes weight training today.

No weights for me today, sorry. I am doing weights tomorrow. I wanted to get some cardio in today, but I have been cleaning ALL day so I am not sure I will get to it today or not.

I did Co-Ed Training Swimming, 24 minutes of weight training for upper body with a very short aerobic cooldown.
