Okay, we'll start this with day one being December 1, tomorrow. Here is the whole thing. Just update your post with the days you do.

12 Days of Fitness

On the first day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the second day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the third day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the fourth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the fifth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the sixth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the seventh day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the eighth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the ninth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the tenth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the eleventh day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 11 minutes of walking, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the twelfth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 12 minutes of stretching, 11 minutes of walking, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 shoulder presses, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

9 mins of dancing... eeeeek. I'll try to catch up on that one or find a sub for it cuz I have 2 left feet. :/

Just checking this since today was suppose to be the last day? Did anyone finish it, or do we want to start it over since we have 12 more days til Christmas?

lol.. I got stuck on the dancing and then i kept putting it off.. I say lets do it again.
