Breakfast--special k 90 cal bar, 0 cal choco caramel chai tea w/ 1/2 cup milk, 4 splenda
Snack--low fat choc. chip granola bar
Lunch--1 cup homemade turkey soup, water
Snack--1/2 cup cookies & cream ice cream
Dinner--mchicken w/ cheese 1/2 small fry
Snack--6 cali rolls, glass of choc milk

Water-- 4 bottles

Exercise--30 minute on demand shred 1 video, 4 miles, playing on playground

Breakfast- Kashi Good Friends, 1/2% milk on top, DanActive Light

Snack- 2 servings of apple quakes

Lunch- Chicken Greek Salad, 1/2 slice of pita bread

Snack- Jello

Dinner-

Breakfast--two eggs, toast and strawberry all fruit spread
Snack--toast and strawberry all fruit spread, crancherry juice
Lunch--turkey on 9 grain bread with fat free mayo
Snack--crangrape juice
Dinner--homemade cheesy hashbrown casserole with 96% lean ground beef, corn, 2 slices 9 grain bread
Snack--

Water--48 ounces so far

Exercise--walking all over campus, going to try and get a video in this evening too, but may not since I'm really tired. I did do 20 crunches during lunch. Yeah, that was fun in the tutoring office at school! LOL

Breakfast-- egg whites, vegetarian bacon, & whole wheat toast
Snack--
Lunch-- vegetarian buffalo chicken nuggets & mixed veggies
Snack-- cottage cheese
Dinner-- chicken, brown rice, & squash, zucchini, & carrots
Snack-- huge salad

Water--

Exercise-- 30 minutes strength training, 5 minutes ab workout, 45 minutes on elliptical machine
