I get to the gym today and my trainer has me step on the scale to see how I did over Thanksgiving. I am down 1 more pound to 147! It's coming off really slow now, but it's coming off at least. I didn't do a body fat or anything as it's not been quite 2 weeks yet. It's a little frustrating losing a pound every 12 days, but at least it's coming off so I will be happy. I am still not measuring or checking body fat for 4 more weeks. I am trying to step up my exercise right now. I guess I should be just happy to have lost weight AND had 2 Thanksgiving meals at that.
I agree. Losing is losing.. i'd take that any day. Oh, and think of it like this... you might have lost a lot more, but the reason it's not showing up on the scale is cuz you probably put on more muscle weight. wouldn't that be awesome.
