I worked out two days ago...yesterday, I felt great, no soreness at all!

This morning, my leg muscles are sore--I suppose from riding the bike, and my arms a little bit. It's been so long since I've really worked myself that I can't remember if this is normal or not!!!

Definitely normal. It happens to me all the time.

Yes, if it's something new that I'm doing or if I take a few days off. I don't get sore as easily any more.
