Breakfast-- 2 special k bars english toffee cap. from gas station w/ 4 splenda and 1/4 cup milk

Exercise--30 day shred pt 1, <strike>2</strike> 4 miles walking

I'm sick with some kind of flu bug so nothing tastes right and I have no appetite.

Breakfast--2 bites of oatmeal and one piece of toast
Snack--none
Lunch--leftover goulash from last night, 2 slices bread
Snack--
Dinner--
Snack--

Water--32 ounces so far

Exercise--Just walking around campus. I wouldn't have even done that but I had a final today so I had to go.

Breakfast-- Fiber one pancakes with sugar free syrup and egg whites
Snack-- cottage cheese and a pear
Lunch-- boca burger on whole wheat bread and green giant digestive health veggies
Snack--
Dinner-- Mamwich & baked cheddar & sour cream chips, & double portion of veggies
Snack-- cottage cheese

Water--

Exercise-- 30 minutes strength training, 45 minutes on the stationary bike
