Nothing really to be scared of.. the only problem with tea, as with anything, you have to drink it in moderation.
Right now i'm only drinking about 1 1/2 cups a day... one in the morning and one after my workout when I want to relax.
Green tea was the tea that was getting all the bad rep a little while back because people were going over board with it. They were easily drinking 10+more cups a day. I read there was a lady that used to drink about 30+ cup of green tea a day and then developed some skeletal condition.
