Breakfast--applesauce, string cheese
Snack--pear, whole wheat crackers, fat free cheese
Lunch--chicken wrap
Snack--
Dinner--chicken, mac & cheese, broccoli, 2 rolls
Snack--

Water--64 ounces so far

Exercise--4 squats, 3 warriors, 2 shoulder presses, 20 crunches, 20 fire hydrants. Maybe I should have put on my HRM?

Whats going on today ladies?

Breakfast-- 1 waffle w/ syrup and 1/2 cupcake w/ milk (ohhh the shame)
Snack--
Lunch-- mac/cheese 1\2 grilled cheese and a cup cake w/ sprite... ohhhh the shame
Snack--
Dinner-- shrimp rice veggie
Snack--

Water-- a ton of it

Exercise-- ... boo I dont know if I'll make time
