Make a goal to make it a week. Don't make it bigger than that and at the end of the week you can take a day off. Once you can do that for a few weeks you can work on a bigger goal than that. Ask for support. We can check on you if you want. Try not to get discouraged. It takes time to form new habits.

i just start by making little changes until they become bigger changes...crawl before you walk, you'll soon find u don't burn out as fast

Write it down. Either on here or in a sprial notebook that no one else will ever see or wherever works for you. But logging helps me stay on track. If I have to write it down, I make myself do something I'd be proud to have others read as opposed to something I'd be embarrassed to have others read.
