Breakfast--brown rice, cran cherry juice
Snack--popcorn
Lunch--chicken broth, 2 rolls
Snack--
Dinner--meatloaf and potato casserole
Snack--

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--too sick to care. Only ate because DH forced me to. Thankfully, I think the worst of it is over.

Breakfast-- South Beach Almond crunch cereal & skim milk
Snack-- cottage cheese & applesauce
Lunch-- chicken, pasta, & mixed vegetables
Snack--
Dinner-- black bean burger on a bun & a pea
Snack-- 100 calorie ice cream sandwich

Water--

Exercise-- 30 minutes strength training & 20 minutes on stationary bike

Breakfast-- Kashi Good Friends, 1/2% milk on top
Lunch-- Chicken Salad with Greek dressing, Pita Bread
Snack--Hummus
Dinner--Honey nut cherrios, 1/2% milk on top


Water--64oz

Exercise-- Walked 3 miles, jogged on and off

Breakfast-- coffee, splenda 1/2 c milk, 1/2 of thomas's poptart (50 cal)
Snack--
Lunch-- toms turkey soup w/ 8 Club crackers
Snack--
Dinner-- turkey wrap w/ swiss lettace tomatto, and 1 tbsp greek viniagrette dsg, 3 cali. rolls, 1/2 c lettace w/ diced tomato and 1 tbsp greek viniagrette
Snack-- kashi go lean crunch w/ 1/2 c milk

Water-- on two bottles

Exercise-- 3 miles, wearing collin. hardcore playground playing, including the very 1st time I have EVER been able to do monkey bars!!
