Just pick it back up! Whenever I get off track I want to start again Monday and which just gives me x amount of days to pig out! Just think tomorrow is a new day and you can jump right back on! Don't let food control your success!!!
get back on track girly! I did the same thing. I lost about 30 lbs and gained back 10, 7 of which was in one month when DH was home! It's so easy to gain that weight back and now i am trying hard to get back to where i was. I still have 5 lbs to go. The work u took to lose it is not worth it....
u'll get ur mojo back...find something that will motivate u, a new outfit, maybe a new exercise, new healthy food choices u actually like...u can do it!
I think the best thing I did was start keeping track of what i eat on a internet.. i use myplate.. but I think all the girls here use similar sites.
The way it's helped me is by making me think twice even three times before i shove something in my mouth.
Like the other day my daughter had a pizza party at the bowling alley with her playgroup... and they bought this delicious looking chocolate cake (my favorite) It had already been cut up into little pieces.. and the container was getting passed around the room... I was sooo debating whether i should at a piece... after all it was very tiny.. lol... but then i started thinking about how I was going to journalize it.. and thought of the hassle it would be to find it.. and determine the size... so when the container got to me.. i took a piece for my daughter and one for my son.. and passed it right along. Once they were finished with the cake.. i was so glad i didnt take a piece.
Oh, that is hard! I had the same thing happen to me at the 60 lb mark. I just couldn't pull it together. My trainer suggested something and I think I'm going to try it. I told him that I usually go about 6 or 7 months and then burn out and don't do anything for a couple months. He suggested instead taking a 1 week break every 2 months. So I am going to try that. I don't know if that would help you, but thought I'd throw it out there. As far as getting back on track, that is hard too. You just kind of have to take it a day at a time.
