Breakfast--cereal and skim milk, 2 slices 7 grain toast
Snack--hot tea with honey (to ease my sore throat)
Lunch--meatloaf, potato casserole, 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack--none
Dinner--chicken fried rice, corn, 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack--mac & cheese, broccoli with cheese

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Gotta Sweat Ultimate Fat Burning--22 minutes, 19:39 in zone, avg HR 128, 111 calories, 51% fat; Body Shaping Cardio Sculpt--22 minutes, 17:20 in zone, avg HR 120, 97 calories, 54% fat; Body Shaping Golf--24 minutes, 14:47 om zone, avg HR 114, 96 calories, 55% fat; Crunch Snap, Crackle, Pop--25 minutes, 4:36 in zone, avg HR 100, 67 calories, 55% fat; Treadmill--24 minutes, 2.5 mph, 1 mile, 24 min in zone, avg HR 123, 135 calories, 53% fat

Breakfast-- Honey Nut Cherrios, 1/2% milk on top
Snack-- Pita Bread, Hummus
Lunch--1c Cheese Tortillini no sauce
Dinner-- Two baked drumsticks (bad I know), potato and homemade coleslaw
Snack-- Hummus and Pita again haha

Water--40oz

Exercise-- Leg exercises, light weights

Breakfast-- cookies and cream poptarts 200 cal FV coffee w/ 1/2c whole milk, 6+73 cal, 1 bottle of water

Lunch-- stouffers turkey panini 360 1 bottle water

Breakfast-- egg whites, vegetarian bacon on two slices of whole wheat toast
Snack--
Lunch-- spicy black bean burger on two slices of whole wheat toast
Snack-- cottage cheese & peaches
Dinner-- roast beef sandwich & mixed vegetables
Snack-- 100 calorie ice cream bar & 3 cookies - I was short on my calories today so figured what the heck I'd throw in the cookies.

Water--

Exercise-- 45 minutes, 45 minutes treadmil (2 miles walking uphill & 1 mile jogging), & 20 minutes on the stationary bike
