Test 3 of my algebra class... I made a crappy 94!!!!! Granted I will get partial credit for two of the problems I missed, bringing me to a 96... but it was one of those tests I was expecting a 100 on... I just want 100 in something!!!! If I can't get into the nursing program, I don't know what I am going to do... I cannot study anymore then I possibly am. I literally work every problem, and as a review do every section review, then as a cram do every chapter review. 94 is a slap in the face.
I need to get over it so I can get focused for my final English paper. I'm doing all I can do but I feel like its just not good enough. I'm discouraged.

a 94 is great in my eyes, but as someone who also, worked the butt off like you are doing, I completely understand why a 94 is just not good enough. in my math class in the nursing program I was in I always got over a 98 on every single exam, then one, I got a 92. I cried so hard it wasn't even funny. No one in my class could understand why it bothered me so much. Especially when it was supposed to be the hardest class in the program. I weish you the best on your english!

BTDT, a lot of the nursing programs are very competitive so I can totally relate. Plus a lot of the nursing students I have dealt with are like that (myself included). (I've gone to nursing school twice and not finished. Not sure if I'll ever go back for it at this point or not.) I have gotten better with this as I have gotten older. With a 94 I am sure you will do just fine. That is an awesome grade!
