Kick it into gear this past week!!!!! I dont know what to do? I had a great plan today, to work out, eat healthy and I chose to be lazy and not do what was right. I need a good swift kick in the butt!!!!
i have those days too, buty i am so tired of coming to 3 months later and being the same size! So that is what keeps me motivated. Even now, sometimes i think man in 3 months i am still gonna be stuck in the 180's...So i am trying so hard to prove myself wrong.
My downfall right now is eating the wrong foods form time to time, although i stay within calorie limits, it does take away from how much i could lose. I normally do this when i am too lazy too cook or thaw or go to the grocery store for that matter....that was today lol
