I'm feeling sick again with a horrible sore throat, so I'm going to stick to a soft diet again today. Hopefully, the antibiotics I'm on will fix it soon.

Breakfast--applesauce and cran cherry juice
Snack--orange juice
Lunch--Tomato soup
Snack--more juice
Dinner--cream of wheat
Snack--

Water--48 ounces so far

Exercise--

Breakfast- Eggs with cheese, two pieces of whole wheat toast
Snack- Celery
Lunch- Chicken Feta salad, no dressing
Snack-Apple slices
Dinner-Homemade black bean burritos, whole wheat tortillas
Snack-

Water- 40oz
Exercise- 2 miles walking

Breakfast-- egg beaters egg whites w/ 2% cheddar cheese and ground chicken
Snack--
Lunch-- 1/2 turkey guacamole sandwhich on multi grain bread (lettuce tomatoes red onions) w/ a strawberry, orange, banana smoothie made with splenda
Snack-- 1/2 100 calorie pack of mint chocolate rice cakes & left over apple slices
Dinner-- the other half of my sandwhich for lunch w/ a banana
Snack-- small handful of chocolate chips

Water-- 16 oz

Exercise-- 1 hour on elliptical

Dinner-- beef tips & gravy over white rice and green salad
