motivation is just coming out of my pores lol. I did 1 FULL hour on the elliptical, and i did it at high resistance levels (5-15). I felt so good. I only wanted to quit once cause i was getting bored, but i didn't let myself do that and i feel sooooo good right now.
I burned 705 calories and did the equivalent of 5 miles.
i bought some 5 lb dumbells finally and a ball so i can do some reps and stuff at home.
